In the banking industry she is one of the most respected people in that area. We may not like her but the industry does.

I have no doubts, but the banks really need to wake up to the spill she dishes out.

Yes and when asked why his bank charged £42 for going overdrawn by £10 for a week he said that ''it's important to remember that overdrafts are not there for long term borrowing''. Thankfully Paul Lewis pointed out that a week isn't 'long term'. Just how bright is this bloke?

Full interview BBC News - Paul Lewis interview with Brian Hartzer

Paul Lewis also laid into Angela Knight about the holds on PPI complaints - from 12.00 BBC iPlayer - Money Box: 05/03/2011

Note how both Brian Hartzer and Angela Knight refer to PPI as a ''legacy issue'', when in fact it's the hottest current regulatory issue there is.

Too much "ignoring" of the facts has already taken place on this thread.

Way of the world i'm afraid.

When people are desperate and the thought of "free money" is on the table, they do things that they would not normally do and rush in without thinking through their actions.
