        Hi Charlie

I am unable to help you on this, but will give this thread a bump so that it does not get missed and hope that someone will be along soon to answer you.

Out of interest have you filed your allocation questionaire N150 and N151?

Can you please clarify what your actual question is and how best can we help you?

What help do you need with this?

The order you have received is simply informing you what could happen if certain criteria are not met.

You have not reached the AQ stage yet, but when you do, let us know and we can advise.

It's a bit difficult to advise when you haven't received the defence yet.

Re: charley vs the funding corp

concur with Amy - the pilot schemes running in a number of places and nothing to worry about, just saves making lots of applications and court fees.

If you are worrying about the POC then pop it up and we can take a look, otherwise its just waiting for the defence, the AQ comes after that and the court should send you one following the defence submission.
