Just found this web site, but I think it maybe a little bit late.

Last Tuesday I received a phone call from this firm, saying that they could possibly get us money back on our mortgage or our credit cards could have been miss-sold and we could have the balances wiped off. I got passed on to their Senior Claim Advisor and I gave my credit card details (stupidorwhat). He said the fee was £495, but with solicitors fees it would be £2605 he send me emails with the agreement to digitally sign. I said I couldn't afford this and he said not to worry that it would all be sorted out through the claims. As my husband has credit cards too, he said he would send the paper work in the post for him to fill in and sign, on Thursday last week I got an email saying the payment had been agreed. I checked my credit card, but there was nothing taken out at the point. I checked today and they have taken the full amount of £2605. I phoned them straight away and was put through to the Senior Claims Advisor, who was totally different when I said I wanted to cancel the agreement, (within my rights within their 14 days) he said he would tell his finance department to sort it out and said I was a time waster and hung up on me.

I called them back and they told me they would send me a form for my signature to authorise them to credit my card, which can take up to 14 days. yet my digital signature let them take the money within 3 days. I have called my credit card company and explained, they are sending me a form for them to make a claim to recover the money.

Is there anything else I should do or can do. All I wanted to do was cancel and agreement and get my money refunded.

Any help greatly appreciated, I am not normally this gullible I don't know what went wrong that day.

    £2605 !!! Blinking heck

You are doing the right thing with contacting your credit card company.

You should also put your cancellation in writing to The Full Financial Review.

Did you actually get the contract ? If so, any chance of posting up a copy?

Report it to the MOJ claims management regulator as well. Members of the public

    Email: consumer@claimsregulation.gov.uk

    Telephone: 0333 200 0110

And don't feel too stupid, lots of people get caught up in these peoples sales pitch, they are very good at what they do.

How are you managing with your credit cards btw - just thinking if you are struggling with them there might be ways of sorting things out to make it easier to manage (without paying some cold caller over two grand !!)

Thank you for your reply and advice. The agreement was digitally signed on line and emailed to me. Feel so annoyed with my self that I could have been so stupid to fall for it.

                  Thefullfinancialreview swansea

Hi all, I have commented on this Company previously in so far as they owe me money, but not repaid it.

I have just found out that their call centre in Sawnsea has now been closed. I contacted the Pool in Dorset office and was given this info. I explained that they were going to refund my money and was given this email address-: refunds@thefullfinancial.co.uk they said they would not acknowledge my emails as they solely deal with refunds. I have sent them all paper work by email and repeated this yesterday, but still no refund forthcoming. Where else can I go, to get this Company to reply to me and give me my refund, which they have agreed to in an email.

Small Claims Court before they vanish completely. How much do they owe you ?

First you will need to send a Letter Before Action to their registered office. Then 7-14 days later submit a moneyclaim online.

So ''£2605.'' that they took without authorisation a month ago.

What did your bank say ?
