From personal experience (was ripped off buying a car) the OFT in West Yorkshire are pretty hot on things like this, they contacted me within 24 hours of me asking for help etc, want me to find the number for Vals daughter, i think its in the local phone book

Tell her to send them a 7 day letter warning them that if they dont respond with the answers she will report them to the MOJ. The letter should go by special delivery to ensure that it is signed for and by whom.

Perhaps she could get the debt collected by Money Made Simple Ltd, which debt collecting firm is apparently based next door at Unit 4 and which is also run by Bushra Ashraf?

At least he'll not have to travel very far to collect his doorstep.

None of them is or has ever been PPI Redress Limited, nor does any seem to be connected thereto.

Yep I am an employee for redress. Ever since I joined it's a dodgy company run by Asians and there ate a few minority whites in there (somewhere). Apart from being stereotypical redress claims have scammed many customers and charged many upfront fees for UCA Claims. Guess What I complained!!!!!

Secondly the data they use is the same data but on different days.

Complain to ofcom and oft.

Money made simple, ppi advice are redress themselves work under one roof and cold call people.

As I said earlier I cannot open their website so this is suspicious.

The address is a month to month type accomation so they could be gone at any time.

How much did she pay them up front?

Sorry, i didnt see the post giving the same address as i got, yes its REDRESS CLAIMS she is dealing with, but even if genuine they keep fobbing her off, and it shouldnt take 3 years to get anything done, she has given them time with her first letter she was advised to write, now she is writing again giving them 14 days to send her all the detailsthey have, about the HX claims and the other was PPI on her mortgage, which she hasnt got now she moved over a year ago

The building which they are in is one of this pay by month so they can be gone in an instant.
