As for customer personality of the year, I pressume you mean the webbed one. Surprise, surprise, I didn't hear back from him. No matter, he will be getting another wee call from me tomorrow. I know I won't get my money back from him, but believe he is part of the Cartel con and as such will annoy the hell out of him. Pity I can't get hold of the Wright one.

I have phoned everyday and surprise, surprise, I can't get hold of him. Managed to get his email address from one of his staff, so have sent him an email.

Shell - because your payment went through Blue domino you may run into difficulties with that, so we have to show that they are an associated company (as under section 184 of the CCA 1974(amended) ) We'll deal with that as and when possible, but you should keep writing to Cartel, AND also write to Mr Webb at the itchington address asking for a refund.

This Itchington address is a well used one. Companies house lists the addresses of

Doing a bit of searching and just discovered that Eric and Sandra Webb registared another company on 18 Jan this year. Exist LTD, company registration 07128233, to the Bishop Itchington address. Manager Lynn Hughes.

Wonder what scam they are planning to pull from that one?

Just to let you know that this morning chargeback paid the full amount, £995, into my bank.

It has taken nearly 2 months, but I got there in the end.
