yeh Amethyst I am but i wasnt well last week so I need to finish the letter off in the next couple of days. The bailiffs thing has taken over a bit as well so I am waiting for Cetelco to come back to me with some advice. As soon as I get the letter I will email it to you right away. I know its not a definate yea or nay but at least we know ones on its way from the department itself.

Hiya Cetelco, just wondering if youve had a look at my paperwork from the bailiffs only I dont want to leave it too long to reply. I dont want them thinking theyve got away with it. Should I send a letter to say Im not happy with response and complain to his enforcement agancy? I know your busy and dont like bothering you.

Hiya peeps, hope your all well.
Im really confused, im trying to sort through all the pooh ive received from Rossendales which is a screen dump of my full account. Theyve got 6 pages of it?? and on one page it says levied yet next para down says unable to gain peaceful entry. Is a levy when they actually come in your house and put tabs on your goods? Or is it if they hand you letter to say they have been. Only I cant understand how they can note a charge for a levy yet on the same paperwork put they have closed it due to unable to gain peaceful entry.

Hope you understand what I mean im not very good at explaining stuff. This is definately battering my head. Thank god for Cetelco.

What does the paper work say they have levied on? It could be a car for example, or garden tools.

it doesnt say cetelco, just says attended by Mr ***** 4th Aug - levied then three lines down says Actions: refused entry. Im going to send it you by email and ive circled the bit im on about.

Just popped in to say Hi and I hope your all well. Is there any updates on the OFT Bank case. If there is could you point me in the right direction please. Cetelco I have not forgotten about our conversation. I have been that busy at work with it being the end of our Financial Year and me being the finance officer and ive had to create from scratch our Annual Report as well as doing the I.T and Admin and im also doing business admin NVQ3 and ITQ3. I think im going to end up meeting myself coming back.lol
Im going to scan and send that document in about ten mins. Sorry its late but im still working. Hope your well Amethyst. Ive a feeling the House of Commons has sent their reply to my old address so I have emailed the Rt Hon friend to ask them to resend it to my new one. Sorry its taken so long but I will chase it up and send it you as soon as I get it.

Cheers for that, I will have a good read of it later tonight. I emailed the Rt Hon guy I know at the house of commons to see if he had found out wether the social security act applies to bank charges. He is still waiting for a reply from the social security department. He was under secretary of state at the dept of social security in the early 90`s so he will know who to send it to and said as soon as he receives it he will send me a copy of their reply. I asked him if it can be posted on here and he said yes.

I also dealt with a company in Aug and paid £60 for something I thought was a deposit and it turned out not to be. I complained and asked for a copy of the recorded conversation I had with one of their staff. They were adamant the staff had to stick to a strict script and wouldnt believe me that I was misled. Anyway they investigated it and I got a letter last Friday to say I was right and that I had been misiformed. I received a full refund of £60 today!

Hey its a start and my first victory. One down 2 to go, bank and bailffs.lol

Hiya just nipped on here quick as im in the middle of work. Ive had a reply from my Rt Hon friend who has attached the reply from the social security act department. When I get time later today i`ll scan it Amethyst and email it to you.
