      Re: Payday Loan refund query

Andrew will not give me a full look into my complaint. He wants to set up a payment agreement of £5 per month. He's not answering any of my questions regarding the CCJ. If I do accept am I right in thinking I will have very little to come back with as its likely the business goes under. Can I proceed to the FOS because I feel that were just going round in circles

      Thanks xx

        ,
UPDATE - I spoke to the FOS and they say that they are not sure whether they can deal with the Irresponsible lending or anything regarding the loan because of the CCJ, but they can help me with the fact that nothing was done once I had made the payment and WPPL did not mark as settled as per my terms from my Full and Final which they signed. Really upset that nothing can be done regarding how they treated me. I really am thinking about going ahead to try and get it set aside. I'm currently on a low income ESA Support Group is my only income. Any ideas if I should give it a go?

I have just checked and I think I may get help with it. I only claim ESA Income related Support Group. Obviously would need help to see if it worth it and what exactly I need.

        Thanks in advance!

Also what evidence would be needed if I went to court as would I be right in thinking that I would need to prove that I tried to commit suicide and had mental health issues during the time of when the CCJ was entered. I checked my email and I also had surgery around that time too. I'm sure I did as I went off sick in Jan 2012 until August 2012.

Ok have just checked through my Facebook posts from 2012 and I was in hospital at the end of Jan and 20th Feb. I had an operation on the 31st of Jan. So when the judgement happened (23rd Feb) I was recovering and had just come back from the hospital again xx
