Yes the FOS is an option but I'm not sure what you are going to gain, an adjudication against WPPL ?

I have just had a look, I don't really understand it all. I did a search in companies House for Andrew Hart, the following came up On the Companies House search for Directors he has 10 Appointments 4 are under Liquidation (Hart Investment holdings, CD Morgan ltd, Hart Investments ltd, Queens Lodge ltd) 4 are Active (DACM Property Invest Ltd, Money Mona Ltd, Wage Payment and Payday Loans, Global Kapital Group Ltd) 2 are Dissolved (Doris Rahimsuied Ltd and Nathan Hart Ltd)

Also if the firm is broke, can I still go through the FCSC?

As Debt Camel mentioned earlier - it really isn't clear. We know the FSCS are paying out for Welcome finance mis-sold PPI claims. WPPL were authorised so it should be covered. If Hart won't deal with your complaint just take it to the FOS. While they are still trading the adjudication could be enforced against WPPL - or get on the creditors list ( if there's any money left when they wind up finally )

How long should I wait for a reply? Just worried that within 8 weeks it will be no use.

Firstly sort out the CCJ -

I amhappy to send you a letter to give to the court to dismiss any entry if thathelps.

so ask him to do that so you have it sorted - and ask him to confirm that is his final response on the mis-selling issue - then you can take the complaint to the Ombudsman straight away.

Thank you. Have sent an email to him. Asking for the letter and also asking If that was a final response. If the FOS do award anything and my complaint is upheld and the company is liquidated or dissolved can I take it to the FCSC?

QUICK QUID - I had a total of 30 loans I took out. Between 2008 - 2011. They have come back and only mentioned 7 of them and said that as it is over 6years they will have to reject my compliant. My account with them is still open does that change things? I still have an outstanding loan with them from 2011. I thought that the 6years only mattered when you have no other dealings with that company apart from the product that is over 6years??

Can I ask you what you suggest as this Company is currently insolvent and cannot pay amounts like this and is in the process of winding down to a potential closure subject to various steps being made.

Can we discuss a solution that is possible as opposed to an impossible one?

Yew one of a few people that have now come forward with the same request.

I am trying to resolve all that I can.

Personally I want to reply the following points but am not sure if that is the way to go.

I want to say that he never afforded me the same chances when he went to court.

I want the £1414 that I have claimed and that I am willing to take it as far as I can go.

I really do not feel bad for him nor his company as he made my life a misery up until I paid him. Plus he charged me over 5x the original loan amount and would only settle for 4x

Any help would be appreciated.
