So in short the letter I sent dated 20.04.15 that they mention, was just for CPR so how they could of sent them me in March when they only started the claim at the start of April is beyond me!
As suggested on your other thread, possibly a mistake & therefore de minimus?

So today I received the mediation form from the court. Now I've not received the CPR and CAA requests from Lowells. With the mediation form do I tick yes to mediation if I've not got any of my requests?

It also says 'I can confirm that there has been no police involvement in this matter at any time' Can I ask why it says that?

Yes. Does it ask if you have all the required documentation/evidence etc for mediation?

                Has there been?

No it doesn't ask if I have all the required docs but it does ask if I can confirm that I have enough information about the claim, to allow me to enter into negotiations. Is this the same question in a different content? No there's not been any police involved in this matter. Its just a question of why does it matter?

                    hi carlosdecorator,
i beliveve the reason about the police being involved, just in case you havent have made a complaint to them ,about lowells harassing you, lowells no what they are doing underhand tactics being used to gain the advantage they need to win a case over you because they have bought your debt and cannot produce the correct paperwork, if they had all the evidence against you would be in court next week and not want to mediate, just a thought im having the same problems with them over a vodafone bill years ago,

To be honest, if the answer is no, it's not worth worrying about.

Thats what it asks on the mediation notes.

The police" involvement" relates to fraud/ deception, theft etc.
The important part is having sufficient info e.g. the agreement is important.
Compromise = agreeing to pay even though you don't think you owe the debt.

Well I've still not heard anything back after submitting to agree to mediation. Is there a time limit?
