So I put in the defence on the 8th May and it was received on the 9th May. I've heard nothing from lowell as yet and no mediation. What date do they have till to reply and why has no mediation been put forward

28 days from the date the claimant received the defence.

Looking online it doesn't say it's been sent out or if they've got it. Just says moneyclaim received my defence and that's it

There's a 5 days period for service of the defence Carlos you should receive notification from the court soon saying the defence has been sent to the claimant/solicitors.

They had my defence 9th of may surely they'd of had it or sent info out by now?

Just an update and info please.

I've received the attached papers from Lowel. I've not got anything from the court and no update on moneyclaim online. I can see they're offering mediation but do I now wait for something from court? It doesn't say online that Lowel have offered this. I've also not received any info back with regards to my CRP request. Whats my next steps?

It may be a while Carlos the mediation service is somewhat " oversubscribed " at present.

Ah I see. well I've still not technically heard anything from lowell for 33 days since submitting my defence. (I've not received the mediation letter lowell sent ;-) ) Does that change anything?

I've still not received any mediation forms from the courts and got another letter off lowel today. I've attached it. It doesn't really make sense. 15.04.16 they filed a case against me and about the 20.04.16 I got the pack from court. I replied by writing the same day asking for the particulars of the claim and also the CRP/CPR?. How can they have already of send them to me in March when They hadn't even filed a case against me?

I sent a request for CCA in March, they sent one over a month later but it was someone else's not mine. After that thy filed a defence and I sent a letter asking for CPR. I know they have both letters because I sent them signed for. I've not had a reply for the CPR request.

So in short the letter I sent dated 20.04.15 that they mention, was just for CPR so how they could of sent them me in March when they only started the claim at the start of April is beyond me!

did you keep copy of the other persons CCA??? they are a load of incompetent idiots by the sounds of it! other will respond no doubt!

No I got rid of it. I wasn't aware how important it could be.
