i will contact the mediation service again and inform them of the fact I haven't been supplied and documentation.
I will begin to create a WS, do I submit this to the court via MCOL or by post?

hello g there's a lot of Lowell claims being withdrawn from Carters grubby hands a taken on by Lowell's in house solicitors most imaginatively call Lowell Solicitors, it changes nothing.

No change in paperwork it's only a change of legal representative.
You will I expect get an introduction quite soon.

Hi Nem,
I still havent heard anything from lowells solicitors regarding the change of solicitor.
I'm due to submit my WS in approx 2 weeks.
Should I just go ahead or is it worth contacting the court asking if they are aware of the change of representation?

I have eventually received a letter from lowlifes solicitors!

They have told me I don't need to do anything, but the balance on the letter is showing £500 more than the actual claim. Do you think I should query this or is it not worth it seeing as the WS needs to be in by next Friday?

I guess the figure now quoted includes court fees and interest, but yes query it.

Hello G,

The WS is just like your story of the events that lead to the claim being made, including evidence letters sent received, requests for information complied with or not etc.
There's some on other threads so have a read so you have an idea of format and content.
