            Re: Cabot Financial/Train2Game.

Sure I started the course in 2009. I'm not sure how far I got into the course I did get sent the course materials I still have them. I did send off the modules to be marked. Online to be honest I just wanted to cancel the course so I typed in Train2Game to get some information and found it to be . So I then started to write letters through the advice from the collative learning website.

Did you feel it was before you looked online, ie. were you unhappy with the course, or was it just you ran out of steam and decided not to do it any more, then searched online and found the collative learning site?

To be honest I stopped doing the course years ago and I should have researched it years ago. I just didnt want the debt with the course so I typed in Train2Game and I was shocked when there were threads of etc. I was unhappy with the course and to be honest felt that I was duped into the course there was no guarantee of a Job even passing the course it was poorly presented also. I just want my money back .

point 6 (on the left) on here confuses me too
The student will have the right to terminate the course, providing he/she returns all the course materials together with WRITTEN CANCELLATION within 7 days of signing the agreement, thus ensuring there is no confusion between the student and the college.
and point 7 (on the left):
THE COURSE CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER 7 DAYS FROM SIGNING THE AGREEMENT.
and point 6 (on the right):
I confirm that all the relevant points under the Consumer Credit Act, consumer legislation and/or the Sale of Goods and/or Provision of Services Law have been fulfilled and complied with to prevent misselling.
Doesn't the Consumer Credit Act give you 14 days to cancel (or am I mistaken)??

                              Re: Cabot Financial/Train2Game.

To be honest how much is it going to cost as I am not working at the moment. I basically wrote about all the information that I found about the Train2Game The consumer protections from unfair trading regulations 2008 information Regarding the website of collative learning. And to have a refund of all payments refunded to myself. The first letter they sent was not very helpful the second that they would cancel the course as a goodwill gesture I did write that I was missold the course due to hard selling etc and I wrote alot of information about not being happy about the course I have wrote to them recently stating that I would like a refund of all payments that I made to the course. I sent Train2Game an e-mail saying that I would be happy to cancel the course. Also that I want a refund of all payments to the course they wrote a letter back to say that they would not refund me any money. The recent letter I wrote to them I listed Breach of Contract and regulations that they have broken. I will be awaiting the letter. On Overdraft fees also can you help with this matter as with The Oliver foster Burnell case please.
