Received a letter from resolve about a 10 year old Lloyd’s debt around 250£ , they are asking me to contact them in the next 7 days or they will do a home visit , should I just ignore them and mean time request Lloyds for info as I don’t remember the details

If you are confident the debt is statute barred there's no point in wasting time asking for information from Lloyds. Only do that if Resolve claim the debt isn't statute barred and they want to pursue it further. In that case come back here for more advice.
