looked on my credit report of which I had a default it now says default ended. What happens next? Can it be taken to a CCJ?

Default ended ? Do you mean it has fallen off of your credit report ? Or has the creditor sold the debt on ?
Statute Barring is based on last payment or acknowledgment of a debt, not necessarily the default date, so it really depends what's happened in between defaulting and now.#staysafestayhome
