Re: Moorcroft admit no CCA
hmmm Moorcroft have just sent me an unenforcable credit agreement (ie its not even a credit agreement) off the back of a CCA request with a request to pay in full within 7 days - £1700 odd. So seems once they realise they can't enforce the debt in court - they start the pressure to pay off the balance in full.
(I'm a bit slow if everyone had already worked that one out )
Havent really thought about my one yet - will wait till i have the letter in front of me on Sunday.
And yes section 10 of the DPA - REMOVE IT FROM CREDIT FILE....no maybe about it. no agreement - no default - no mark on credit file. Do not further acknowledge debt, anything you pay is goodwill now. Oh and dont forget to tell cccs to assign that £1 to another creditor.
