After all calculations as i got a statement from last june, i have paid 4.8k but i paid 104 a week for 3 yr's so something is wrong there, 4.8k upto today, but for 3 yr's at 104, there is money gone somewhere.

I'd do as Kati says and pop into Brighthouse tmw and ask for a full breakdown of your account. If they can't give it to you there and then tell them to organise a full list of transactions to be sent to you.
