How many of those debts have they issued court papers for? Can you tell us what those debts are for?

There are lots of threads about Brian Carter's claims, I have yet to see one where they have supplied the documents upon request.

When time ran out, some defendants have submitted defences depending on their circumstances, others have opted for an unless order to force disclosure. As far as I can see, no documents are being produced.

BRYAN CARTER SOLICTORS LETTER TO DAY 22 / 01 /2014 URGENT HELP PLEASE

we write further to your letter dated requesting disclosure under part 31 of the civil procedure rules

we confirm this matter will most properly be allocated to the small claims track as this is a simple contractual matter and part 31 of the civil procedure rules will therefore not apply

in any event the notice of default and assigment left the control of the claimant when they were dispatched to you

it is the original creditors policy to issue agreements at the date of the contract and statments throughout the duration of the ageement and in this regard we ask you to refer to your own records

we recommend you seek independent legal advise

how the hell can i revert to my own records when i never got them ffs
