Right. I see I've gotta post up the bank's actual statements. These cover the period 2003 thru 2008 as I stopped paying in 2008 and only just started paying them again in December 2010, as per the spready above.

I will attach the copy statements here.

looks okay for the loan (total charge for credit/total credit/repayments wise) but it has nothing about PPI on ?

Update. Last week I got the following letter from Barclays which said I had PPI sold with my Masterloan:

But today I received the ollowing CCA in the post and the terms of business on a separate letterhead:

Is it a valid CCA?
Do the terms allow Barclays to record adverse data with the CRAs?
Impact on any PPI claim?
Any other advice regarding how I progress with this dispute in light of the above?

Photobucket!! I'll try and fix that. In the meantime, here are the actual statements then that the bank sent me (1 more to follow, there are 6 in total).

NOTE Turbs and Bill that the payments made since Dec 2010 are not on these statements but are as per the spready Bill posted above.

There were 7 pages of statements sent under the SAR up to 10.09.08. Here 'tis.

Well done Turbo. So the statements are true, and the PPI is fiction. The dodgy agreement is probably still enforceable. So I guess we're done with this.

I apologise for leaving the personals in the spready, DS. I've deleted the post, as it was tidier that way.

Ok, well upwards it is as Barclays have confirmed in writing that they have accepted the repayment proposal I have made, which is way lower than I was paying when with the CCCS so that's good news.

Also good news (and unrelated to this thread) is that the FOS have adjudicated on my Egg PPI claims in my favour. Egg have agreed to reimburse me the PPI sold on my credit card, consolidated loan AND the carry-over PPI proportion of my later loan, totalling £2000 approx. I will post on my Egg thread regarding this.
