I will be going to court against Sainsbury's and the other four companies as I refuse to let the injustice go on it's way, unchallenged!
You have challenged them see points 21-23

Sainsbury's are a large corporation,I agree, but this does not mean that they are above the law, nor does it mean that they are immune from being punished if they do break the law.
In civil law, you sue for a monetary amount not for a change in an organisation. How much are you wanting them to pay?
My case seeks justice, not revenge, revenge is unlawfull.
Justice has to be seen to be done to both parties involved. I refer you back to your points 21-23

Luggerbugs, you have not responded to my polite request in relation to posting your definition of how you would know the culture/background of any author from simply having read a piece of text, so I rest my case against you.

I did not state that Luggerbugs was a racist.(Fact)

I have read the inland revenue case in relation to F+F case law, and I am fully aware that each case of this type is judged on the circumstances of each case of this type, accord and satisfaction had been achieved in my case, Sainsbury's
acknowledged the settlement as account closed, balance £0 and settled.
I refer you to points 21-23 which you state they offered a compensatory amount.

Sainsbury's failed to communicate this to their rellevent departments, but Sainsbury's failures are irellevent to me and to my case as far as successfull internal communications are concerned.
What do you mean and what is this to do with your case? You are just a number to a bank and unless you are with a lot more people then your case will be put down to a serious breakdown in procedure and one individual member of staff or another may be the sacrificial lamb.

I hope you are able to scan the documents on so we can take a look but be very very careful going down the court route especially as Sainsbury's have offered a monetary compensatory amount which could potentially make you appear to be litigating unnecessarily. You need to say what is the specifics as to what you are wanting to achieve.
If it is monetary, how much?
If it something else, explain exactly what will resolve this for your satisfaction?

There was a serious breakdown in their(Sainsbury's) procedures, I reported this to them in my written complaints/disputes and my telephoned complaints/disputes, I reported this to them for sixteen and a half months and their managers disregarded this throughout all of those sixteen and a half months!

I need to have another meeting with the barrister before I specify any amount of money sought for the damage done, however the amount sought might be unspecified, the compensation offered by Sainsbury's does not even cover the ilegitimate default that they entered on my credit file and the damage caused to my character by this defamatory entry.

I don't understand this. Clearly you are receiving legal advice from a solicitor and barrister. Why are you also seeking advice here and then ignoring questions in order that we can advise you?

Did you apply for credit in the last 16 months?
Did you apply for a mortgage in the last 16 months?
Has the default now been removed?

I posted here to tell my story to anyone who may of been interested to hear of it, and also to find out if there was a comparator to my case/story.

I have received exellent advice from professional specialists, and I am not ignoring any advice given here from this site, I am very gratefull to all those that have posted a reply to this thread, I do not consider myself to be superior to any of you, I see all people as level and on the same plain as I.

Can you type out the letters in word and copy and paste em here leaving out account numbers/address/ and identifying features for you?
As I said it would be helpful to see or to understand the content of their letter
