      To be honest I don't think the QS press release does you justice. As I understand it there were, in my view, more significant aspects to the case than the Limitation Act.

            They did get an order of indemnity costs too, so this in my view shows the Courts distaste of what was clearly poor conduct throughout the claim.

              Yes sirree pt.....the next time you come to Chester be advised to stay within the confines of the Roman Walls............MBNA offices are outside the walls......... just across the River ..........they may have snipers lined up just a stones throw away

                I believe it was county court, but due to the importance of the judgment, it was to be handed down in the high court, today as far as I know. Keeping an eye on Balli as I presume it will be published there, if it isn't posted up here/elsewhere first by PT/QS.

                          Bout time these Judges woke up and finally accept the consumer can be right and that not all their money problems are brought on purely by their own stupidity.
