      Hi,

      Only really as said before - the use of the word 'MAY' is quite likely to be key in that document

      I believe this to be a threatogram

      But if they havent complied wih your CCA request there is nothing they can do anyway - well, they could try and take it to court but the lack of compliance is a clear Defence
