An indication of what level of court court and if they set precedent also a brief synopsis would be helpful. I seem to remember a similar list of winning and loosing cases on here before.

Interesting high court case, which confirmed that duties ascribed to the "creditor" under the CCA are conferred by absolute assignment under the LOPA.
