DCA query, no true copy of signed agreement...

Been a long time since I've been here , l have received a letter from Capquest out of the blue basically saying haven't contacted them about a repayment plan and basically the account will now be managed by Resolvecall limited who "specialise in visiting customers properties" to basically discuss n arrange repayment plan ....
what do you suggest I say to them, I was under the impression when the ex wife disputed it in 2009 and they failed to come up with the required stuff (something about s78?) that it became Statute Barred in 2015? And here we are 8 years later CQ passing it to Resolvecall

rubbish not handled by hopeful resolvecall (use to be celled (Snotcall oops old scotcall) just a local boy delivering a card asking you to contact some obscure number, no need to talk to them , just ask them to close gate behind them) lot of these are just a Threatogram!s (2 drawer down)/. , no powers not owners of any alleges debt. bin the card and get on with your life,

Was an envelope with two letters one from CQ and one from RC, so is it worth saying it's been statute barred in 2015 due to failure to provide requested items after being disputed in '09 , or saying I do not acknowledge this debt or whatever... Or just (as in the Police Academy movie) say desist and leave the area now Mr...
I'm assuming they think threating a house call will cause me to reset the clock and start a repayment plan?

Just had a guy from ResolveCall turn up at the door and basically got me initiated in a call with their call centre via a reference number , I explained the ex wife disputing it in 2009 and she stopped paying due to them not providing the requested information/poor unreadable copy etc and becoming SB therefore in 2015 due to no communication, and it being passed around various DCAs etc and he's basically gone and put a note on the account and closed it and returning it to CQ (who may get in touch )
