Re: My Card Test Case Against Mint

Budgie/Luggerbugs Our involvement is that we are bringing these cases against the various lenders. We have instructed counsel on about 25 cases this month. I can't really talk about specifics for legal reasons, but you are right, we are not Cartel, we are a law firm. All the claimants are direct clients of the company and there are many different issues including; non inclusion of prescribed terms, failure to supply a true copy, mis-calculated APR, supply of t's & c's only etc. etc. Probably nothing that hasn't been discussed here over the past months. We have spent a lot of time and effort understanding the CCA1974 and are very confident of positive outcomes on these cases. Most of the major lenders feature in this batch of claims.

Fabulous, will be interesting to hear your thoughts on the various judgments that will come out of these, and other, cases, see if we can fight through the misleading marketing pitches that so often end up being bandied about.
