    2007 Credit Card Agreement and CCA request

    Hi I have had lots of good advice here in the past and wish to ask for more help. I have a MBNA debt held by PRA group that I have paid minimal payments to for years. It is now off my credit file. I requested CCA for all my debts and they have now sent me a unsigned agreement, that does have the correct details on it.Its dated June 2007
    What is the situation with this, could someone advise me. Thanks Matt

    Are they claiming this is your agreement or a reconstituted agreement of the terms at the time?

      they are claiming that is is the agreement, there is no mention of it being reconstituted. Should I be asking them?

        If you didn't enter into agreement in June 2007 I certainly would be wanting an explanation if it were me.
