Hi Barloo sorry you've been missed a bit here

Trouble is as you have accepted all the charges as a partial settlement theres only the interest element to go into court and thats all you are arguing on. ie. they will argue its not the legality of the charges being argued so there wont be any need for disclosure or the like to show costs.

Have you told the court of the partial settlement?

Alsooooooooo have you asked Littlewoods for the original credit agreement (as some of the credit was interest bearing then they should have one in order to enforce the debt - they often don't) so I would ask for that whilst waiting - you have till two week before the hearing to get your witness statement in.

Thanks. Will CCA my man in the legal team.

Am new to the county court process. Can you just explain the WS bit to me. What do I need to evidence ? Everything I am claiming for would be on the original court forms so what else are they expecting ?

Am a bit confused on that part.

A witness statement should be a summarised statement of events that have occurred prior to and following the issue of your case. It should include all material facts that you feel strengthen you intend to rely on. Much of it will be repeated from your POC.

Have a look around the forum, there are plenty of examples to work from.
