      YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE :banana::banana::banana:

      ok I'll calm down a bit now
      the clerk said they had just received my application from the high court this morning! the stay has been lifted on my case and I will now be given a new hearing date (should be nearer then the first one was) I will get a letter of notification no later then monday...hopefully.

      I will of course scan this in as soon as i get it!......... hell I may even frame it and put it on my bedroom wall.... so I can look at it every morning just to remind myself it really happened!!!
      poor bloody clerk must've thought i was a right nutter.... i all but squealed in delight when he gave me the news...lol

      A HUGE thank you goes out to TOOLS, AME and KAFKA and all that supported me...... i know the fight not over yet.... but WOW one small victory at a time eh
