Received this morning nice letter from OFT explaining they don't deal with individuals, as we already knew.
Still the complaint is logged, maybe if we all complain about things like this something may just get done.

In reply to the other letter sent, yet another bog standard reply and once again including info and forms to apply for hardship. (this is the 4th of this particular letter up to date)

No reply to email sent to big chief, but am not expecting one really.

I think it must be the recent one, anyhow am going to include the letter when I do my complaint to FSA.

Not much point in bothering OFT again they have explained their position and complaint has been noted.

As for FOS am not really happy with them at all, I am only basically complaining about Natwest's disregard for the Banking Code and Waiver, so to me a final response is a bit of a grey area. Purely because how can you have a final response when I am asking for nothing, just for them to do what is right. The wrong has already been done and all I get is template letters telling me over and over agian the same stuff.

Anyway will do FSA and fill them in asap.

Well I am taking this a a success, I have been through the mill and back TBH with this lot.
I thank everyone for their help on this and I sincerely hope it helps people see that you must carry on with things if you know you are in the right.

How much did he owe.....? £

and how much was he claiming in charges ? £

Basically do the two amounts equate to each other.

So if you were to accept is your son loosing out or is he gaining!

Well done the CEO email worked. But before we get too excited....

How much did he owe.....? £ in truth nothing, it was all made up of charges

and how much was he claiming in charges ? £ he was claiming all the lot

Basically do the two amounts equate to each other. I think he paid about £80 through CCCS over the 15 month this has been going on. But more or less they do equate if I take away the 8% interest that I couldn't claim anyway cause it was their money.

So if you were to accept is your son loosing out or is he gaining! neither really, except his parents get some peace lol
