Santander on credit file

as of recently I have started trying to get my finances in order
I noticed on my credit file that Santander has a default on ther for £463
howcan this be as I moved to Barclays 4 years ago
are the charging me for something I don’t know about
how can I start sorting this problem

contact satander and ask them for a start? if they are not helpful send them a SAR request stating old account number>

Apparently there was £6 owed on account
all rest is charges
default date on credit file report was supposed to be 17 Oct 2017
but I’ve been with Barclays 4 years so that date don’t make sense to me

For an unarranged overdraft
they let someone take money out of the account of which I never agreed to
that was down to them in my eyes so I changed banks I refused
where they got that date from I don’t know
