The quickiest SAR completion is done through head office, sorry should have advised that, as your request will b sent up by the branch , if they bother......

BUT! all the things you want are in the branch, tell them you are coming in to the branch take a witness and say you would be greatful if they could go over your agreement with you.

Then you have seen it...and you can then say, would you mind photo copying that for me while im here. IF he says NO at least you have a witness to say he refused then put account in dispute as they are refusing to play ball not you.

It has been long... ...Way too long!! Have been ill and on holiday... ...Again! During this time they have sent two letters to say that the dispute is over with, the response to that is that I would not like to be there when they open the next one, I had a call from the FSA to say that they are very interested to see what I have been sent. The FOS are also still interested, unfortunately, Welcome are not so interested msl:

I will let you know the outcome of the next letters as they were to send me legible copies and my contract etc... but rather than use the postal orders for all of that they sent it to the Local Management Branch and have taken it off of what I owe them... ...BIG MISTAKE!! :carrot:

Hope those letters ends it for u.... it HASN'T for me.

This company is a NIGHTMARE. When I took out my loan almost 3 years ago, I want it kept secret but now I don't care & will tell my tale to EVERYBODY here, there & EVERYWHERE.
Problem began July last year when for NO apparent reason they stopped my direct debit. They then called numerous times & finally set the dd back up. But, at NO stage did they inform of a £10 charge for each call they made. I only found out at the start of this year when again for no apparent reason they cancelled my dd around October. The letter stated the charges (seeking legal advice I was told they should have made me aware of the charges staright away). I have since October gave 2 debit card details over the fone to a lady called Fi**a (at the Glasgow office where I have to attend to make payments) on at LEAST 12 occasions. Yet, dd is NEVER set up... WHAT does she do with my bank details???? I have since been told by my Compliance Team at the company I work for as a serious breach of Data Protection. She calls FOUR times a month to REMIND to make a payment ( I'm NOT a 5 year old I DON'T need 4 reminders a month). She KNOWS my working hrs but she calls when I'm not in. A letter then arrive to tell me of the charges along with £10 for the letter, total of £50 A MONTH!!!! Yet, my repayments on the loan is £56... that means I only pay back £6 a month on the loan!!!!! I took a heart attack in mid March but still came to make the payment. When I told her of the heart attack & I don't need the added stress she said she was only interested in payment ON TIME. Over the phone she would ask for SPECIFIC times I would be in the office to make payment. Whenever I say before closing time she insist on a approximate time ( I feel like saying something like 12.27pm & 35 secs!!!). Have complained to their head office who assured me I no longer get such calls & charges (confirmed by call & letter from them). BUT, I'm just home from work & Fi**a called again when I was working. So, I will NOT make any more payments. I care not if they take me to court I. I have keep a log of the calls & corresponce as ADVISED by THEIR HEAD OFFICE as they assure me no more calls, etc. I said earlier I wanted my loan kept secret originally but due the amounts of calls I recieved from them my family was suspicious & now knows, as Fi**a appears to have informed my dad some details of the loan. But now I tell EVERY1 how bad they are & as a result of the call today I will NOT be paying that damn £6 anymore. I would have been making my penultimate payment tomorrow if they had not cancelled by dd. So, take me to court & sue me, I no longer care.

Hi All,

Thanks to help from everyone at legal Beagles the Financial Ombudsman Service has voted in my favor, both PPI's that were taken out with them are to be repaid in full with 8% interest (I may have to wait 8 weeks but I do not care). This has been going on since 2007 but is worth the wait.

I will see what they think they owe me and then hit them with the correct amount.
