    As it is Marstons they may be silly enough to fetch up and claim like Manuel in Fawlty Towers saying "I know nothing" however if they do call the police to remove the HCEO, and inform the court.

    the hceo knows. the high court has suspended it so marstons are out of the equation now. high court are going to contact me regarding a re payment plan etc

    Is it just a Stay against enforcement action? What terms has it been granted on? Do you have to have a further hearing and if so what for? Have you made sure the HCEO is aware of this?
