    That's wonderful news. Just a shame they can't treat all people properly without the threat of media exposure.

    They probably inflated the original arrears with fees to get it above the £600 to get the writ of fi-fa a naughty trick used by Water Companies in particular Aw and SW. Time their CEO and Board who have individual liability get done for fraud, or whatever offences can be laid on them, along with Marstons..

    aw are tripping over themselves tryin to put it right now. They haven't got much choice. Fate has a strange way of working and, eventually, repeated wrongdoing and injustice towards others tends to come back and bite you on the bum, which is what appears to have happened to AW in your case. However, once fate has sunk its teeth into your gluteus maximus once, it will keep doing it until all injustices are put right.

    and got an apology too I bet they were gutted having to do that. Serves them right, though.
