              Louise

That's CCs sense of humour he means well please don't get offended everyone on here wants you to get through this whether you tell the OH is your decision but those of us who have been in worse financial trouble have found that ones partner is more supportive than we all thought.

You have paid the debt its just the system pays the bailiff first and no doubt until you were told on here you thought you were paying the council.

Think hard about what you want to do but remember there is support on here

No - it was meant seriously, as human papiloma virus (which can cause penile warts) is known to be a causative factor in cervical cancer. (link)

I do genuinely hope that the tests prove negative.

Disingenuous means "insincere" or, if you are an MP addressing another MP across the floor of the House of Commons through the Speaker, the phrase, "The member opposite is being disingenuous" means "The member opposite is a lying toad".

Louisa...your ole man is NOT likely to kill you now is he?
He'll probably shout and holler and make you sit on the naughty step but, unless he is violent (in which case you shouldn't even be with him) he's not going to risk a murder charge is he?
T'is a rare case that 'Death by being shouted at' occurs.
Has he not wondered why you have been on 't'internet all day today???

I feel you would be wiser to work out exactly how much the bailiff has ripped off from you and the council first. Once you have reasonably accurate figures, you can then take the matter to the CEO and elected representatives of the council and show them the evidence that their contracted agent is not only ripping off debtors, but the people living in the area served by the council also.

Okay. I'll guide you through this.

Firstly, in an earlier post, you mention that £95 court costs were added. Did this happen before, after or at the same time you received the letter from Rossendales? Secondly, who informed you about the court costs, the council or Rossendales?
