Yes, it would be more than merely helpful to know when the various fees were charged.

I have asked for the link to the form 7 image posted by louisejane to be deleted, as I've redacted it by removing her details.

And, to prove that Mr Jackson should know better:

Other Beagles will assist further, you have had some good advice from bluebottle and CleverCloggs amongst others so far.
The levy is not valid due to the bailiff not recording sufficient description and, most importantly, the serial numbers of the mobile phone and laptop. The form the bailiff has written on is not a valid Form 7 as it is non-compliant with the Distress for Rent Rules 1988. The fees, apart from the Visit Fees, are almost certainly unlawful. It is possible the bailiff has not only ripped off the OP, but the local authority, too.

Bailiffs aren't exactly known for their timekeeping and think you should be OK until at least Monday.

Sorry your going through this, it's awful especially with being a new mum which in its self can be overwhelming.

Can I ask, have you spoken to your other half as inca suggested?

From one mum to another who is going through something similar but on a much larger scale money wise I mean, not stress the best thing you can do is speak to your other half.

Like you I was hiding it from my oh and the stress became so huge I didn't know if I was coming or going. Eventually I told him. Don't get me wrong he was not happy but it's out in the open and I have his support.

Please tell your boyfriend as suggested, you need his support.
                Xx

If you want to confuse him, you could tell him that he is disingenuous. If he asks what that means, tell him to look it up in a dictionary, just before your close the door in his face.

Going back to what someone mentioned earlier in the thread, would op not be considered vulnerable as she has just had a baby?

Which if she is to be this would prevent any bailiff attending then giving her time to get to the bottom of the unlawful charges?

Yes, which is why I also wrote that if the "Code of Conduct" meant anything to the bailiff than a free supply of toilet paper, he would have withdrawn as soon as he became aware of her circumstances. Bear in mind that the child is only five months old and that the levy of goods occurred on 10/7/13. reggers:

I really do not believe that Tosserdales bother much about guidelines.

                                Haha

Mine is the same, but it's something that occurred in your past. Believe me, it wasn't easy for me to tell either...I actually thought we'd be over, but I'm so glad I did.

Technically you could tell him that you thought the debt was paid as in reality you did believe so. You wasn't to know that only £60 was actually paid to your debt and the bailiff unlawfully took the rest. I say unlawfully based on the unlawful charges.

So in effect, you could argue the point to your other half that it's not your fault.

Also, you don't want him finding out later should someone turn up at your door.

What's the worse he will do, same as mine I suspect, get really angry and then be even more angry that you kept it from him.

                                After that he'll support you.

Honestly most of my stress was die to hiding it and scared stiff of my other half finding out.

I'm glad I told him and you will be too. X
