You need to speak to someone at the Council and ask the following questions:
1 - how many Liability Orders they have against you
2 - the dates they were obtained
3 - the addresses they were for
4 - the period of time each covers
5 - how much each one was for
6 - how much is still outstanding
7 - the dates they were passed on for enforcement
8 - the dates & amounts of any payments

Would have been better if you paid the council as it looks like tossers have only handed £61.10 over to them from the £330 you paid, as they will deduct their fees genuine and invented first and pass the crumbs to the council against your debt.

Yes i thought that. Ive never had to deal with bailiffs before so didn't know what to do for best. Have i any chance of lowering there costs or am i screwed an have to pay or lwt them take my stuff?

I thought so.

The buggers have taken their inflated fees from the money you paid, leaving a remaining Council Tax debt of £333.63.

This is what bailiffs do - for their own profit, they are legally permitted to cheat both the debtor and the local council.

He said full amount has to be paid by 24th December I obviously haven't paid this and can't in full. So I'm littrely waiting for them to come knocking I can't sleep at night due to it :'( I've a 5 month baby in the house its a nightmare

Can you not ring the council explain your circumstances and see if you can reach an agreement to pay_it is still worh a try regardless of what Rosendales say.
