Not surprising when you realise who Collectica's "parent" is.
    Serco.

Now notorious for claiming to have tagged criminals who were actually dead.

At least they were easy to keep track of!
The Black rat (Rattus rattus) is a common (hence the accusation of being Pleb) long-tailed rodent of the genus Rattus (rats) in the subfamily Murinae (murine rodents). The species originated in tropical Asia and spread through the Near East in Roman times (another thing that we ought to thanks the Romans for, besides roads, aqueducts and public toilets) before reaching Europe by the 1st century and spreading with Europeans across the world.

A mutation of the beast now comes black leather clad, riding a motorcycle that looks like a battenbergh cake on wheels.

A skilled predator, totally ruthless with it's prey, but also known to be extremely generous in doling out tickes that can provide points for motorists who want to downsize from mechanically propelled vehicles to bycicles.

That's if the non existent tag signal can be read from six feet under.

Seriously Collectica should be deprived of the HMCS bailiff contract forthwith.

That cannot be ruled out, BB. Once the investigation into the tagging scandal is complete, the file will be sent to the DPP for a decision. The DPP may recommend that charges be laid against the company and its management or, alternatively, charges be laid against the company and Company Director Disqualification Orders be obtained against the directors. However, the last time the director of a crooked company tried to persuade the DPP to go down this route, the DPP threw the book at the director and company, resulting in a custodial sentence for the director.

Have you checked if the items were delivered, if not send copy of the Hospital notes ASAP, special delivery, although expensive, will ensure delivery, copy the Court as well, recorded first class with them should be OK.

If they use a locksmith to force entry after you have notified them of the pregnancy they really are going to be up the creek without a paddle.

Laura... where is the court that issued the warrant, please? Once you say where, I will dig out a telephone number to contact the HMCTS Area Enforcement Team.

The HMCTS Area Enforcement Team for Staffordshire and West Mercia is based in Kidderminster. Their telephone number is 01562 514000. Their email address is HW-WMerciaMC_wts@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk. You need to deal with the Senior Enforcement Manager or Service Delivery Manager.

                              Hope this helps.
