    Re: Landlord pursuing us.

Looks like they want someone to blame and don't like LB telling them the options they owe the money if they had paid or defended the HCEO would not be on the case ,like many posters on here they think that by ignoring a debt until bailiffs are involved and then paying and expecting the bailiffs to say don't worry about our money they are being clever,as much as I hate and despise bailiffs they are there to do a job and are legally entitled to their fees the way they sometimes act is the cause for concern.
In a similar way its like hating the Police until you need them?

Just read some posts on that forum Amazing on LB there are disagreements and a few words but from the little I read on there its pistols at dawn?dont they realise that unless its a legally qualified persons advice, and no one on here declares they are it is up to the poster to decide their actions based on what they read or seek legal help I always thought that to be the case on her.

I just wrote a long post about this forum and its accompanying website which looks plausible (look at charges on Homepage!!!!)

I've deleted it all as LB should be, and IS above that behaviour. :beagle:

I went and had a look, in some areas they are really advising people to break the law in a big way.....How can it stopped though?

The Black rat (Rattus rattus) is a common (hence the accusation of being Pleb) long-tailed rodent of the genus Rattus (rats) in the subfamily Murinae (murine rodents). The species originated in tropical Asia and spread through the Near East in Roman times (another thing that we ought to thanks the Romans for, besides roads, aqueducts and public toilets) before reaching Europe by the 1st century and spreading with Europeans across the world.

A mutation of the beast now comes black leather clad, riding a motorcycle that looks like a battenbergh cake on wheels.

A skilled predator, totally ruthless with it's prey, but also known to be extremely generous in doling out tickes that can provide points for motorists who want to downsize from mechanically propelled vehicles to bycicles.

It's a dirty job, but someone got to do it!

My opinions are free to anyone who wishes to make them theirs, but please be advised that my opinions might change without warning once more true facts are ascertained

That is the golden question, especially as the website is hosted outside the UK, so may well fall under a different jurisdiction.
