The hceo turned up and asked for us and i denied it and shut the door. He pushed a 55 through the door but nothing attached to car. what is the difference between an abandoned levy and a levy

Claimant says we must pay hceo

Claimant cant accept payments because he would be liable to sheriffs extortionate cost for one visit. So we cant pay anything . What do we do? £2556 for one visit

Has he levied the car then? What car is it & how much is it worth? I'm no expert in hceo's but im fairly certain you can ignore any advice you have been given on an "abandoned levy" - some of the experts can advise better on this but it will help to know a) why you consider it abandoned, and b) who advised you on the "abandoned levy"

The Black rat (Rattus rattus) is a common (hence the accusation of being Pleb) long-tailed rodent of the genus Rattus (rats) in the subfamily Murinae (murine rodents). The species originated in tropical Asia and spread through the Near East in Roman times (another thing that we ought to thanks the Romans for, besides roads, aqueducts and public toilets) before reaching Europe by the 1st century and spreading with Europeans across the world.

A mutation of the beast now comes black leather clad, riding a motorcycle that looks like a battenbergh cake on wheels.

A skilled predator, totally ruthless with it's prey, but also known to be extremely generous in doling out tickes that can provide points for motorists who want to downsize from mechanically propelled vehicles to bycicles.

It's a dirty job, but someone got to do it!

Why deny? That's the best way of getting a bailiff's back up!
