I think you started the thread in a manner that kinda got a lot of people's back up(and you know that I said as much on page 1 of the thread). Let me put it this way, the youtube guy is unconventional and maybe one or two of us would not do what he is doing but in the life, fair play to him, it works for him.

Personally I disagree. It's a valid discussion to have in relation to whether or not the guy has a valid argument over parking fines which are given by the local council. I don't think Graham has come here to cause trouble but as I said, personally, I would ask the question on the pepipoo site because they are the experts on parking fines: http://forums.pepipoo.com/

They would have a take on this but I think his first post on there needs to simply ask the question whether this approach is really legal without the other stuff.

I agree it is a valid discussion to have over the parking issue and whether or not the guy in the utube vid has a valid argument. Personally I admire the guy's stance although as GO84 says he is not the sharpest tool in the box.But why was he insisting on asking whether or not members in here are "Lawyers" and if they are legally qualified etc? It doesn't take a genius to work out that many of the members in here have an excellent knowledge of the law whether they are legally qualified or not is their business and they offer their advice free of charge. It just came across to me that he had an ulterior motive and was fishing for information.

Oh yeah, you really made it crystal clear, I was just too dumb to understand. So the truth is, councils are so busy that you can just tell them to get lost if they give you a parking fine, they'll only come after you if you get one fine too many?
