So it looks like you are very lucky
they have agreed to not claim the costs off you so long as you drop any claim against them
They have, however noted some inconsistencies with your statement, I suspect they have looked at data on a word or PDF document - I know that can get people into a lot of trouble
I think you need to check with someone that i have interpretted it correctlyComment

Do you have Ms Tregear's witness statement? ( 24th Oct one)
The hearing was for summary judgment originally then? ( the one you didn't attend and they went on to win )
Were you asking that summary judgment to be set aside in your application re not paying costs ? so you could go on to a full hearing etc ? or did you give another reason ?#staysafestayhome

well if that is not a underhanded admission ( without Prejudice") that you may/had a case ( albeit you failed to follow it up) =!!???? and they are trying to worm their way out giving you a carrot? ummm as for the large cost element who was the Barrister who in court for 5 minutes gets paid that much (The Lord Chief Justice)) um stinks to my mind,Comment
