      I've got the N244 form and don't understand it at all I have no clue what to write? Seriously can't see anyway out of this and I just think I'm going to prison unless I can prove something fast!

        The N244 form need to be completed asking to set aside the judgment. There is some guidance in the link I gave you http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...lication-notes so have a go and post it up and we'll help you x Also if you are eligible for fee remission you will need the EX160 see http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...sion-Exemption otherwise it will cost you £155.

        If you want to sort out paying instead then you have to complete the statement of means and return it, without knowing anything of your circumstances its impossible to say what would be the best route, but you can't just ignore and hope it will go away I'm afraid so one thing or t'other needs doing.

          Please check your credit files to see if the account still shows, try Noddle it's free online.

          IF no payment has been made in 9 years then the debt could have been SB when the claim was issued.

            Hello I'm filling out N244 form and it's asking me "what order are u asking the court to make and why"?

            i don't know what this debt is for I have no recollection of a debt for 6000.
