Can it not be said that the item was mis-represented, in that the item itself was not as described - or portrayed - in the catalogue ? Let's face it, Ann Summers clothing relies heavily on visual appeal, and the goods must be 'fit for purpose.' That surely must mean they should not only be comfortably wearable - WITHOUT a layer of thick underwear ruining the appearance - but look good, too. Cheap stitching digs into the skin.
