    I am purchasing an IPhone 13 from Sky Mobile as part of a 36 month contract, I still have 14 months left to pay but the phone battery can no longer hold a charge what should I do?

    First action would be to contact Sky,state battery has faulted, if they are no help, consider buying a replacement yourself.

      Take it to an Apple Genius Bar at the Apple Store. They will look at it and if faulty offer to replace either the battery or the whole handset for £120.
