I scrapped my car late 2019 and just went about my life. I had to scrap another car last week and i found out that i had to tell DVLA about it (completely my fault, i was young and naive) and go through an ATF approved scrapping company and cannot take cash as it is illegal but i took cash (so stupid of me, i mught as well have shot myself in the foot). So now i have a car scrapped from 2019 which i dont have the v5 book of and dvla do not know about it. i have no idea how to go about this and avoid hefty hefty fines i cannot pay.
I do have the yellow v5 slip from the car I scrapped last week but the scrapper isnt ATF approved.

Someone please be an angel and help me out i would be very grateful (even though I’ve been an absolute dumba$$)
