  • Fake CCJ request or huge error? TM LEGAL / Perch & Gain

    I have received the CCJ form from (apparently) county court business centre. The claimant is Perch , send all docs and money to TM Legal and then the particulars of claim. This is Gain (Lending stream ) I logged into Lending street and both balances are ZERO. I took out 2 payday loans ,£250 and £200. Clearscore and Noddle/Karma have one as settled and one is satisfied ( so obviously i was in arrears on that one at some point and maybe given a discount to pay whatever dept collector they were using ) TM are asking for £456. They bombard me with emails and texts....what's , going on here??

    If you follow the instructions middle left of the claim form you've received (log in to Moneyclaim online with claim number and password ) and once you're logged in acknowledge the claim with intent to defend in full -Â*Acknowledge ClaimÂ*this just protects your position and gives you some time to look at the claim.Â* If you followed the signup/login instructions at moneyclaim and can't see the claim then you may need to give Northampton CCBC a call tomorrow.

    If you can type out the particulars of claim you have received please.

    You want to send a Subject access Request to GAIN, a CPR 31.14 request to TM Legal and a CCA request to Perch.

    How old are the loans? when do they show as being satisfied / settled and how do those dates correspond to the date Asset or Perch say they were assigned the debt by Gain ? and can you look on your banking to see if any payments were made around those dates ( whether to Gain/LS or Asset ).
    Does your log in on Lending Stream show any history at all, transactions / payments etc or just the balance?

    The important bit will be the SAR to Gain … this can go to the below;
