Pure Legal - Mis Sold Mortgage Claim

Hi, I have responded to an advertisement for Pure Legal in relation to my mis-sold mortgage; I have not signed an agreement yet. Has anyone had any dealings with this firm for this type of service? Please let me know of your experience with them.

They WERE regulated by the MOJ for claims management but now seem to be solely rely on being a solicitors ( https://solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk...-legal-limited) for exemption from claims management regulation by the FCA - https://register.fca.org.uk/ShPo_Fir...000002eBQU7AAO

Do you actually feel your mortgage was mis-sold ? Why ? and is this your current mortgage or a previous mortgage ?

Have you made a complaint about your mortgage being mis-sold previously ?
