Has anyone out there actually been taken to court by Robinson Way or Howard Cohen solicitors , ive just had a letter threatening court action for an old Barclaycard debt that must have been sold on

Yes, lots.... the debt is owned by Hoist presumably and Robinson way are writing to you? Have Howard Cohen written to you with a Letter of Claim as yet ?
