I used Claims4You to get some PPI back from Welcome Finance.
    I signed a contract with them .
I got the Payment through the Financial Compensation Scheme.
Since I got the Payment my Mother Passed Away and I used the money I got to pay for her Funeral so I couldn't pay Claims4You there fee in full. I sent them A Payment of £50 with £338.13 to follow when I can afford it.
I asked them for a Payment Plan which they utterly refused and are now threatening me with Debt Collector .
    Any Advise would be appreciated.
    Thanks

When you told them you were paying the £50 with the rest to follow, did you offer to pay them £50 a month ? That might be an idea rather than leaving it as a 'when I can afford it' issue.... if they are receiving monthly payments off the invoice they shouldn't trouble you with debt collectors.

Well they can't have what you don't have.... so send them your £50 a month ( assuming that's affordable - if it isn't then do your IE sheet and confirm what it is you can afford to pay monthly and offer them that ( and make the payments thereafter ). Have you been making the offer in writing or has it all been by phone?
