  • Howard Cohen solicitor/Hoist portfolio court proceedings

Hi LegalBeagles. I would be grateful for some direction on advice regarding court proceedings. I have received a Directions questionnaire (form n180) and have some questions regarding the mediation process please. Kind regards

This is likely the best forum http://legalbeagles.info/forums/foru...-a-court-claim

If you can say what the claim is about ( presumably consumer credit ) and a bit of background of what you have done to date, I'm sure we'll be able to help a bit.

Usually Mediation is a three way phone call - the mediator speaks to each party in turn and, basically, passes messages. If you say yes to mediation now you aren't bound to it, particularly if the other side has failed to provide documents to evidence their case.

Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.
