If you can say what the claim is about ( presumably consumer credit ) and a bit of background of what you have done to date, I'm sure we'll be able to help a bit.
Usually Mediation is a three way phone call - the mediator speaks to each party in turn and, basically, passes messages. If you say yes to mediation now you aren't bound to it, particularly if the other side has failed to provide documents to evidence their case.#staysafestayhome
